Stadium Park Workday - Looks Great!

Volunteers came out to help with some cleaning up around the Bill Shepard Native Plant Garden.  After a couple of hours of hard work, the enthusiastic crew of 15 enjoyed brownies, scones and lemonade and were proud of a job well done!

- Covered up the shortcutting on the ALPS Trial Switchbacks above the garden

- Raked the trail and roadway  

- Trimmed back the plants along the trail in the garden

- Pulled up the dead California Poppy stems and mulched them back into the garden

- Removed the trash from underneath the Hwy 41 Overpass

- Painted the benches

- Emptied the trash cans
