Kiosk at Stadium Lane gets new signs and paint!

ALPS volunteers replaced the sun damaged information panels on the kiosk at the entrance to the Bill Shepard Native Gardern at Stadium Park.

The panels were five years old but just recently began to degrade from the many days of sunlight hitting the lower portion of the panels.  Before we put up the new signs, we also repainted most of the kiosk to give it a fresh new look.

While at the park, a hiker told us a large branch had fallen across the Marj Mackey trail.  We trimmed back the branches from the trail so users could easily pass while staying on the trail.
