ALPS Awards College Scholarship

The 2019 recipient of the Geraldine Brasher Phemister Scholarship Award is Tori Schamber, a graduating senior at Atascadero High School.  Tori will be attending Cal Poly San Luis Obispo this fall majoring in Environmental Management and Protection.  Tori’s ambition is apply her knowledge in the creation of sustainable management of environmental resources that balances uses and values for current and future generations.  Congratulations Tori!
