Workday at Stadium Park - oak tree saplings

Come volunteer to help with some minor maintenace on the young oak saplings within the Stadium Park along the roadway to the base of Pine Mountain and up along Pinal/Escarpa Road.

WHEN:  Saturday, January 10, from 9:00 to 11:30 am

WHERE:  Stadium Park - we will gather up in the bowl

WORK SCOPE:  Weed around the small oak samplings, re-apply a thick layer of mulch (4-6 inches thick), reinstall the browse protection cages to keep the deer away.

ALPS will provide snacks, lemonade and the necessary tools.
